Premier Class investors earn higher yields in exchange for a higher minimum balance of $20,000 and fewer non-essential services.  Non-essential services such as investment plans and withdrawal plans are offered only on an "extra charge" basis - so shareholders who don't use them don't pay for them (therefore, earning higher yields).  Please refer to the prospectus for complete information, regarding these service charges.
